The Hidden Hacienda is a great social event venue, tucked away against some hills in a rural and private part of east Hemet. It is less than a mile away from Hemet High School.
Danielle and Zack Hopper own and operate the Hidden Hacienda. Danielle was a San Jacinto High graduate back in the early 80s. Zack graduated from Hemet High in 1980. Some of you may have had his dad as a science teacher in 9th grade (Mr. Hopper).
Danielle and Zack’s full time job is to host social events in their huge patio and grass area. Most events have guests sit at round tables of eight for meals.
Danielle has decades long experience in selecting catering companies, and she suggested Thomas Catering. Danielle says that, over and over again, they offer quality meals at good prices to events big and small.

The Hidden Hacienda will max out at 180 guests. We are expecting a big crowd at the Hidden Hacienda for our reunion. We are only letting guests who have prepaid to enter the front gate.
We have decided against a band, hoping that a majority of guests appreciate socializing with soft background music, instead of yelling at each other to converse with a loud band. We are hiring a DJ in the last hour so that some folks can dance to hits from our younger years, plus some modern favorites.

A good starting point is to drive to the intersection of Meridian and Whittier streets. Then go south on Meridian, which will turn into a dirt road as it veers east. The Hidden Hacienda is about 300 yards down the dirt road.
